Pakistani industry faces a serious shortage of skills required by the industry and the graduates available from the universities as well as vocational schools and the quality as well as standard is continuously deteriorating. This gap is further compounded by the attitude and behaviors induced through cultural social norms of the society.

Realizing the need for critical industry skills especially in high-end technology domain, Irteqa has established Asian Institute of Industrial Air (AIIA).  AIIA has started its operations successfully and many industry trainings has been conducted with overwhelming response. Technology Cluster Development

Technology Clusters play an important role in national development. Unfortunately, technology foresight and scientific research input have been seriously missing in the future development of these clusters. These clusters can hugely benefit by developing stakeholder eco-system of academia, research institutions, and the industry as well as business development support organizations.
Irteqa plans to bring stakeholders and strategists together to help various clusters gain their full potential as players in the global economy.
Irteqa will organize stakeholder meeting to identify value threads, value chain interventions for products which are high value-added and acceptable to global markets.
Irteqa inputs can lead to policy advocacy, new product development and help the government to identify areas of support for the particular cluster.
Some clusters develop naturally to the eco-system existing in the region while others are initiated by the government development strategy.

Irteqa works with Trade Associations and Business Support Organisations for crafting foresights and strategy maps to grow clusters.
