Meaningful university-industry partnerships play an important role in development of new products and processes, empower young graduates with skills and build network for professional Development. IRTEQA supports the partnerships beyond traditional rhetoric of discussions and talks to living examples.
IRTEQA engaged international manufacturers of compressed air technology equipment from Germany, France and Netherland to establish state of the art industry standard fully functional center of excellence in compressed air at National Textile University, Faisalabad. A complete curriculum to be taught as one semester course at Undergraduate level and short duration courses for industry professionals has also been developed.
Beside skills development, this center will also spearhead research in real life problems faced by the industry as well as explore future developments.
