Unfortunately technology foresight and scientific research input has been seriously missing in the future development of these clusters. These clusters can hugely benefit by developing stakeholder eco system of academia, research institutions and industry as well as business development support organizations.  IRTEQA plan to help various clusters in developing critical mindset for value thread identification, value chain interventions for value addition, policy advocacy and farther research for new product development Some clusters develop natural to the eco-system existing in the region while others are initiated by the government development strategy.
